Metfilm School

Molecule Studios

From September 2024, MetFilm School Berlin will be based within Molecule Studios, BIMM University – Berlin’s state-of-the-art filmmaking facility.

Based in the Alt-Treptow district of Berlin, the studio was once home to AGFA, an internationally renowned company in the photography industries, who have been operating for over 150 years.

Renovated and renamed after Berlin’s famous Molecule Man landmark, the studio is home to coworking spaces, recording studios, post production suites and more, making it the perfect co-location for MetFilm School and BIMM University students to study and create together.

Molecule Studios is the primary teaching location for MetFilm School Berlin. However, students will also have access to BIMM University’s House of Music, which is only a 10-minute cycle (30-minute walk) away.
