MetFilm School celebrates success at RTS Student Television Awards 2026

The Royal Television Society (RTS) Student Television Awards recognise the best audiovisual storytelling from students across the UK. Spanning both genre and craft categories, the awards celebrate a wide range of creative and technical skills across all areas of filmmaking. Together, they spotlight the next generation shaping the future of film, television and digital media.
This year, MetFilm School has once again proven its impact in developing emerging creative talent, with an outstanding number of nominations and wins across multiple categories. The range of student films recognised highlights not only individual excellence across disciplines, but also the collaborative, industry-focused approach that defines the MetFilm School experience.

All regional winners now progress to the national RTS Student Television Awards, taking place in June 2026, IET: Savoy Place, London.
