One of ITV’s most popular and critically acclaimed dramas, Grace, has returned for its sixth season. We’re proud to celebrate the many students and graduates who helped bring it to life. This exciting industry collaboration was made possible through the outstanding work of our Creative Futures team at MetFilm School Brighton.
As a major television production filming across Sussex, Grace continues to provide unforgettable opportunities for emerging crew talent. Through our partnership with the show’s production team, students from MetFilm School have gained invaluable on-set experience across a wide range of departments.
For Season 6, our students continued to build on this experience, working across key departments in roles such as:
- Production Trainee
- Location Trainee
- Camera Trainee
- Grip Trainee
- Costume Trainee
- AD Trainee
- Art Trainee
- MUA Trainee
“Being able to produce work that the production will actually use. When on set I learned a lot about set etiquette and how a professional production works, the language they used, how quick and organised they were and how the art department was very much respected. I was able to ask a lot of questions and got a great sense of what work in the industry will be like.” – Art Trainee.
This collaboration has given MetFilm School students and graduates valuable practical experience, along with meaningful professional credits that can help launch their careers in the screen industries.
We’re also currently working with the Grace team as they crew up for Season 7, continuing this exciting partnership through MetFilm School Brighton.
Congratulations to everyone involved – we can’t wait to see where these opportunities take you next.
