Eduardo Mattos
MA Directing
Eduardo Mattos is a Brazilian filmmaker and visual artist who has been based in Berlin since 2015. Over the past decade, he has worked extensively as a director of photography and contemporary artist, creating across various media while keeping a strong connection to the language of cinema. He holds a BA in Film from FAAP – Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, and in 2016 earned a Master’s degree in Film Directing from MetFilm School Berlin. That same year, he wrote and directed the short film *Noturno*, which went on to receive multiple awards at film festivals across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
