Our Greenhouse Enterprise Programme is back for 2025, with applications now open until Monday, 2nd June.
We have been working directly with figures in the creative industries to provide exceptional industry experiences and support for our students, helping them achieve their dream careers in the industry, no matter what they may be.
What is the Greenhouse Enterprise Programme?
First launched in June 2021, the Greenhouse Enterprise Programme provides training, coaching, and funding for entrepreneurial projects designed by students from underrepresented groups. These include Black, Asian, and ethnic minority communities, students from lower-income backgrounds and areas of low participation in higher education, students with disabilities, care leavers, and mature students. It’s the perfect partnership between our Access and Participation plan and our unrivalled Creative Futures careers programme, and this year for the first time it is being run in collaboration with our Access and Participation team!
The Greenhouse Enterprise Programme is available for students about the enter their final year, recent leavers, and graduates from all our colleges in the UK: BIMM Music Institute, MetFilm, and Performers College.
During the programme, participants will receive 2 x masterclass workshops on starting a business from Remi Harris Consulting, followed by 2 x 1-1 mentoring sessions with an industry professional provided by Creative United. There will then be a final online panel presentation of business plans, after which funding of £500 will be awarded to all those who complete the programme. Key dates are as follows – please make sure you can attend these when applying!
