David has 18-years’ experience in Higher Education Management, most recently as Registrar and Commercial Director at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance. As Registrar, providing overall strategic leadership for Quality, Data and Planning for the Institute. As a Director of the company, he has also played a key part in the development of overall governance capability, both academic and corporate.
In 2022, David Howell was honoured at the 2022 Independent Higher Education Awards with the ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Independent Higher Education Community’ award.
