Arjuna “AJ” Sath is a co-founder of Beat Em Hub, a Berlin-based, community-driven gaming network, event organiser and game-career facilitator.
With over a decade of experience in the tech and gaming industries and a diverse background in development, AJ now dedicates his expertise to empowering independent gaming studios and enhancing career paths within the gaming sector. His initiatives include NerdAdvisor, a platform aimed at game career development, and Games Ground Berlin, a flagship game industry event, both of which underscore his commitment to developing game careers, facilitating networking, and promoting knowledge sharing within the community. AJ’s work is driven by a mission to leverage gaming as a tool for creativity, inclusivity, and diversity.
