_DSC0111Across two days in November, our latest MA graduates showcased their final films at London’s famous cult independent cinema in Leicester Square: The Prince Charles Cinema.  This 285-seat auditorium is renowned throughout the film industry, and it’s location in the heart of London’s West End made the event extra special for our hard-working postgraduate students.  We showcased work by our MA Directing, MA Screenwriting, MA Postproduction, MA Producing and MA Cinematography alumni, with attendance by industry professionals, family and friends, and followed by a glitzy post-event reception in Leicester Square.

During the screenings, we asked some of our graduates to tell us about the films that they showcased, as well as what it meant to them to be able to screen their films at such a prestigious cinema.  Watch them below:

MA Directing graduates Irene Lopez Marco and Heather Clark talk about their films and what they hope to get up to in the future:

MA Cinematography graduate Milo Sumner discusses the screening of his incredible short film:

A huge congratulations to all students who screened their films at this incredible event!
