Chloë Annett has won the Best Actress award at the The London Independent Film Festival for her role in Leila!

Leila is a feature film from writer/director and Met Film School tutor Leslie Manning. The film premiered at the London Independent Film Festival in East London on Saturday April 23rd.

Leila was crewed in part by Met Film School students who worked on the film for their BA (Hons) Practical Filmmaking programme, for the feature film module. The film is the story of Paul and Leila, a couple with a happy family dynamic and the parents of two children. However their idyllic set-up begins to unravel as Paul begins to doubt his own sanity…

A big congratulations to Cholë, Leslie, our students and the entire cast and crew of Leila. Well done!
