Your Graduate Journey

Your experience doesn’t end when you graduate, and we’d love to hear how you’re getting on.

Around six months after you complete your studies, we’ll invite you to take part in our Creative Futures ‘Graduate Journey Survey’. Whether you’ve started a new job, continued your studies, launched your own business, or are still exploring your options, we want to hear about your journey.

Your feedback helps us to:

  • Understand how our graduates are progressing.
  • Identify where additional careers and employability support could make a difference.
  • Develop new services and events to better support recent graduates.
  • Improve the student experience for future cohorts.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, but the insights you share help us shape the support we offer to graduates during those important first months after university.

Looking ahead

Around 15 months after graduation, you’ll also receive the Graduate Outcomes Survey. This is the UK’s national survey of higher education graduates and is run independently by HESA (the Higher Education Statistics Agency). Your invitation will come directly from HESA, not from the University. When you receive your invitation from HESA by email, text message or phone, we’d really appreciate you taking part. Your experience matters, and your response can make a real difference.

By taking part in both surveys, you’ll help us understand the graduate journey from the months immediately after leaving university through to your longer-term career and personal development.
